PLK SA technical services are removing the effects of the incident that occurred today (July 18) on the route connecting Tricity with Szczecin (railway line No. 202).
Damage to the traction network caused interruption in train traffic on the Lębork – Słupsk route
Approximately 14:00 on the Potęgowo – Pogorzelice route, a tree damaged the overhead line. A passenger train from Białystok to Szczecin Główny was stopped on the route.
A network train from the Białogard station, a network emergency car and a diesel locomotive from the Słupsk station were dispatched to the site.
Traffic suspended on the Lębork – Słupsk route
Train traffic on the route was suspended. The PKP Intercity and Polregio carriers were recommended to introduce replacement bus transport.
Passengers are informed about changes in transport at stations and stops and on the Passenger Portal.
