Unofficial. After an all-night battle with the elements, the Darłowo yacht, probably class C, is being towed to the port in Ustka by a SAR unit.
The unit probably lost its engine. Hence the need to use the SAR unit to tow the yacht. The weather conditions on the Baltic Sea are a hindrance.
During the first approach to the port entrance, the towline broke and the yacht hit the pier. Fortunately, the safety pontoon pulled the unit out to sea for the second approach.
We are waiting for official announcements from the Harbour Master’s Office in Ustka.
